Title: Fishy to announce daily tip volume

Every day when the NYSE closes (4pm NY time), fishy to announce to the channel the volume of tips along with how many tip transactions were made.

For example:
* fishy sounds the closing bell. 420 corral on 2 posts today! https://wetfishonline.com/tips

this is a great idea i like this a lot. can it also announce when someone gets banned from a thread?
