I also was confused what a shit post was? I thought it was a scat thing. I mean, no kink shame or anything, but on first thought I was kinda confused that of the three categories to post, posting about shit was one of the only options.

Low effort is not the same thing as low energy.

For example you can take the rusty powder out of some used hand warmers and put it inside an aluminum can and then light it on fire. Easy thermite recipe.

Very low effort, very high energy. Both at the same time!
