I can't stop playing video games

Since August, I've only played video games socially.  Like if I'm hanging out with people, I'll play, but none otherwise.

Nothing wrong with that

I feel like I'm missing out, and instead I'm spending more time online, like reddit, facebook, discord, wetfish.  Honestly, I feel like it's been a downgrade.  But my emotional skills have been improving and I've been connecting more with people.  I no longer feel like I'm an abstract idea that got stuck in the goo of reality and am feeling more and more like I am in fact a human being.  Still hard to motivate though.

Played the fuck out of No Man's Sky during September when I was too sick to play outside.   Good shit, kept playing it thru October but less intensely, did client-side hacks to play the limited-time quest modes.
