Had spam egg and rice probably every morning for a year in Japan.

oh yeah? finally someone who's eaten the stuff. So are there like spices in it or is it literally just mashed then pressed ham? Everyone seems to think it goes really good with eggs, huh o:

If you cook a big slice of thick ham real good, scoop up the grease with the ham, and sprinkle a handful of salt on it BOOM you got SPAM

Oh also there was a thing at the convenience store "Spam Onigiri" which was basically just a big piece of sushi made of spam and cooked egg and a square of rice that it all sits on. I would just grab a couple of those if i didnt have time for properly prepared SPAM. SPAM really gets a bad rap. It's not just garbage food for trailer park residents.
