I agree. In the future coral allocation will be based on engagement rather than a specific amount per post. Specific amounts per post encourages spamming low quality content.

it would be especially great because if say, in the funny pic thread, i got 100 for every post someone else made, i could tip them that amount, or extra, or less, depending on how funny i thought the joke was

so even "low effort" threads could get a positive feedback loop that doesn't involve forum moderators

also i prefer dishing out positive feedback to negative
