feature request: be able to unsend IRC messages

in our irc careers we've all sent something we didn't mean to. accidental copypasta, for example.
i'd like to be able to unsend irc messages.

I am glad you consider IRC a career, not many people realize that there is a command to withdraw all the money you made while chatting away. Or at least there used to be .bank but now it doesn't work anymore.

I agree with rachel I think messages sent shouldn't be erased but you can submit a pull request on GitHub and see if there is any interest.

okay, I think I'll implement a CTCP RETRACT command where sending CTCP RETRACT N to a channel would make peoples' clients erase the last N messages from the sender. I'll get on it right away.
