QuoteIndia seemed to be doing so well, and now finds itself in utter chaos. Why?

YouTube doctor man talks about what's going on in India. Over 400k new cases in a single day and counting, people getting turned away from hospitals, dying in the streets. Piles of burning dead people

Oof ouchie.

I just got my second vaccine yesterday and I am so fucking sore today. My arm is pretty sore and the rest of my body is also sore to a lesser degree. I feel lethargic and unable to concentrate.

Yeehaw

In other news, America's coronavirus cases continue dropping. There were only 21,000 new infections recorded on Sunday the 16th which is the lowest number of new infections we've had since June last year. At the rate we're going, in a couple weeks we will be down to the number of daily cases we were getting at the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020.

Over 40% of people in Colorado have already received both vaccinations and it's looking like we are on track to be 85% vaccinated by Thanksgiving 2021.

Unfortunately many other states are not getting vaccinated, especially in the south. At the current rate of vaccination in Mississippi, they will not reach 85% vaccinated until December 2022.

Quoteonly 21,000 new infections

Reducing acceleration still means high velocity; we're not out of the woods yet.
And inter-state/inter-national travel means the herd immunity has to cover more territory than one legislature can cover.

Get well soon; I hope your shareware demo of COVID-19 is enough for you to get your immune system trained up.

Welp, corona-chan has officially pulled a bitcoin and the number of new cases has rocketed to the moon
