Matcha Mocha

• 1 g matcha powder
• 2 oz soy milk
• 2 oz vodka
• 1 oz creme de cacao
• 1 egg white (or egg white substitute)
• 1 tsp white sugar

Add all ingredients to your shaker. Wet ingredients first, then dry, to prevent clumping at the bottom. Give it a good stir to dissolve the matcha, then dry shake for ~15 seconds to get a good foam going. Add ice, shake for another 10-15 seconds. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with shaved dark chocolate.
