Whale Cafes

Underwater spots for whales to hang out complete with air tanks so they can breathe without going up to the surface. The perfect place for whales to hang out and get a break from all those loud noisy humans up on the surface. Would also be the perfect place for networked speakers that allows whales to communicate over long distances

Just the other day, I was thinking about large language models helping translate whale and dolphin speak. This would pair well with that, both in the research/development phase, and after implementation. Talking to whales would (probably) be cool.
