QuoteI've been debating for a long time whether I should share this or not. Truth be told, I just love it so much and now feels like the right time to release it out into the wild.

A few years ago, I was commissioned to write a theme song for a website called Wetfish.net. This is the song that I wrote for them. When I submitted it for their approval, it was rejected.

I'm not sure if it was because of the gratuitous lyrics about a man hiding his internet activity from his wife, or because the song also serves as sort of a love letter to Night Court actor John Larroquette.

Perhaps it was because none of these things had anything to do with their website.  We may never know.

Was this song commissioned by wetfish in the first place?

Yes it was, there's some backstory on the wiki - https://staging-wiki.wetfish.net/theme-song
