Well, given the community, I was rather surprised to have not found a mental illness thread... so here it is.

I've been feeling extra crazy since the last week of December.  I don't know if it's Trump's ascendancy (is it better or worse that he got the popular vote?), my age, the accumulation of poor lifestyle choices, isolation, or bad vibes from the Platonic plane.

I also think it might be a good thing.  Like my feelings are waking up to some things that I'm unhappy about.  Unfortunately, due to some quirk of biology, I just don't seem to have the energy to change.  It's not a great place to be.
