Easier tip interface

There should be a quick tip interface where you can click and a few default options show up... Like...

All of the basic amounts could have a single bill image as an icon and custom amounts could have like, a pile of money???

It's not that it bothers me, but :10bux: is a meme from Something Awful that has pretty widespread use online. I think it would be more fun if the tip interface was like the reaction interface on Facebook. Imagine that there's a tip button next to each post and when you click / hover over it, a bunch of default tip amount options pop up. This would also give us an opportunity to create a richer experience (I think icons are more fun and memorable than text)
