I have no FUCKING idea but here's my theory

she wanted to get a picture with the raccoons so she covered herself with whatever trash food she got out of the walmart dumpster

but the raccoons kept taking the food and fucking off with it instead of eating it right there because they're not stupid clearly it's a trap of some kind

so she duct taped it to herself so they wouldn't run away during the photo shoot, and her exasperated face is because "jesus christ this is a lot of dumb shit to do to get a raccoon photo bet I'm gonna get fuckin rabies or something lol"

anyway that's my random internet raccoon photo headcanon

facturing  a  suit  of  feral  raccoons  is  not  overly 
complicated. With a little dumpster diving, rotten
food,  duct  tape  and  careful  planning,  almost  anyone 
can  attract  enough  disease-ridden  wild  mammals  to 
cover his or her person for hours at a time. It's easy, fun,
and presents only a slightly higher than average chance
of contracting a terrible pathogenic infection!
