I have no FUCKING idea but here's my theory

she wanted to get a picture with the raccoons so she covered herself with whatever trash food she got out of the walmart dumpster

but the raccoons kept taking the food and fucking off with it instead of eating it right there because they're not stupid clearly it's a trap of some kind

so she duct taped it to herself so they wouldn't run away during the photo shoot, and her exasperated face is because "jesus christ this is a lot of dumb shit to do to get a raccoon photo

bet I'm gonna get fuckin rabies or something lol"
