Aight radheron I gotta ask for some advice. Is finneon any good? Cause I just caught one and hot damn this is the cutest fish I've ever seen

umm.. well... every pokemon is good in game... but if you're talking about competitively, unfortunately the cute fish is a dud. It's evolution Lumineon is in PU tier, which means literally that it stinks.

In fact, the best fish we get (I'm not counting Kyogre, motherfucker is a whale not a fish) is Mega Gyarados:
